Hi everybody,

a gentle reminder of the chance you all have to crown this wonderful summer-ish sunday with super-unhealthy greasy pizza. Come at 7pm in the MCR for some slices and then stay for the movie, which will be Persepolis.

Our irreplaceable high priestesses of beverages Victoria and Caroline will be preparing Sharbat-e Ablimu, a delightful blend of vodka and lime that will refresh your bodies dehydrated from the sun and take your tastebuds in a journey to Ancient Persia.

GAME OF THRONES EPISODE 8, tonight 8.15

Aye Lords and Ladies,

the council meets again tonight. Ominous winds of war are blowing through the lands of Westeros, and this requires us to show the new episode of Game of Thrones right after dinner in hall. Come to the MCR at 8.15, solemnly frown at all the others, take a seat and enjoy the show.

Jousters and jesters of the MCR,

the new Game of Thrones episode, 'A Man Without Honor', is out. Come tomorrow at 8 pm to our beloved recreational space and enjoy it together with the other decently big group of bannermen of the King in the North.

Dear all,

come to the MCR tonight at 7pm for the re-enactment of our evergreen sunday tradition. Fill your belly with loads of free pizza and then stay for the movie, which will be 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail'.

King Arthur and his knights embark on a low-budget search for the Grail, encountering many very silly obstacles.


Tonight's themed drink is the 'Apple Strudel' (not a cake but an actual alcoholic beverage).

SUNDAY PIZZA, MOVIE AND DRINKS NIGHT: WITHNAIL AND I + PIMM'S CUP

Respectable MCR fellows, it is with great pleasure that I announce you that our Sunday Pizza and Movie night has just been upgraded for you to reach new frontiers of relaxing and enjoyment.
From today, and every week onwards, Sunday night won't mean just pizza and movie, oh no. The bar will be open and, most of all, a themed drink will be served, something that blends together well with the film we will show.
Don't hesitate, then. Come tonight at 7pm to the MCR to feed on free pizza slices, and watch tonight's movie, 'Withnail & I', while sipping invigorating Pimm's cup, served for just £2 a glass.

COCKTAILS NIGHT! GET READY!

Fellow cats and felines, it's Thursday, week 2. The time has come. Tonight, after dinner in hall, come at 8.30 pm to the MCR for our mind-blowing COCKTAILS NIGHT WITH ST. ANNE'S! Our skilled masters of beverages Victoria and Caroline will join forces with the champion of liquor mixing Dan Alati, president of St. Anne's, in a cocktail rampage that will shed a new joyful light on our day, oppressed by exam revision sessions. We will be selling tickets in the MCR, one cocktail per ticket. 1 ticket is £3, but you can purchase 2 tickets for £5 or 3 tickets for £7. Bring cash, as you won't be able to use your tab tonight! Sacrifice an evening of reading on the altar of friendship and coloured spirits! See you tonight!
